NCF members were once again very successful at the 2016 3rd Sector Care Awards being nominated in nearly every category, congratulations again to everyone who was a finalist!

Christine Asbury, Chief Executive, WCS Care Group Ltd and NCF Board Member won the Making a Difference Award - extremely well deserved, congratulations Christine!
Community Integrated Care won not one, not two but three awards!
EachStep Blackley won the End of Life Award and they also won the Citizenship Award and the Innovative Quality Outcomes Award for their partnership with Widnes Vikings! Amazing achievement!
Somerset Care were awarded the Award for Compassion in Care for the Alfred Court team. Worthy winners, congratulations!
Nottingham Community Housing Association won the Technology Award for their innovative SMaRT Messenger! Fantastic and well deserved!

The event was, once again, hosted by Dame Esther Rantzen DBE who said, ‘I am delighted to be involved in such a worthwhile event. It is crucial that the not-for-profit sector offers high quality care and support for vulnerable people, whilst driving up standards.’
The 3rd Sector Care Awards 2015!
The 3rd Sector Care Awards 2015 are open to any individual, team or organisation that excels at supporting people in the not-for-profit sector. Employees of all levels are invited to share their experiences and contribution. The innovative judging process will once again involve Experts by Experience.
2014’s event was a fantastic celebration of the hard work and dedication of third sector providers. 2015 builds on those amazing contributions and has also added new categories meaning more people can get involved.

The Awards are open to any UK business operating in the not-for-profit care and support sector. The judging process includes ‘Experts by Experience’ and impartial judges from across the sector.
The Awards are organised by Care Management Matters (CMM). Published by Care Choices, CMM is a highly-regarded publication for senior executives, owners and operators in the social care. CMM offers insight and analysis on what matters most to providers and prides itself on being an advocate for best practice.
