Carole Sawyers joined The Fremantle Trust in August 1992 as Director of Finance just prior to the transfer of homes from Buckinghamshire County Council. She was appointed Chief Executive in April 2002. Carole has a professional background as a Chartered Accountant and previously worked for Ernst and Young, the international firm of chartered accountants, as a Senior Manager. Clients ranged from multi-national plcs to family owned businesses and projects included acquisition reviews, stock exchange listings, SEC reporting and management reviews as well as more routine audit assignments.
The Fremantle Trust now provides services to older people and people with a learning disability in 54 separate locations across North London and the Home Counties.
