The icare360 team will engage with your local community, through a tailored marketing campaign, to attract a diverse range of quality candidates. They will be referred to our specialist icare360 care team, who will pre screen the candidates and invite the ones who portray the right qualities to an assessment day.
A typical icare360 will last for up to five weeks, with additional time allowed for on-boarding of candidates. During this time we will create and deliver a tailored marketing campaign, pre screen candidates and invite them to an assessment day. During the assessment day you will have an opportunity to monitor each candidate through a series of assessments. At the end of the day, we will present a candidate scoring matrix showing the scores from each individual assessment, allowing you to choose the candidates you feel will best suit your business. We can then finalise the on-boarding of the candidates, from creating offer letters through to completing DBS checks.
