National Apprenticeship week

Skills for Care are supporting National Apprenticeship Week 2016, a time when apprentices are nationally recognised across all sectors including social care. 

They have produced an infographic with facts on social care and apprenticeships:

70% of surveyed employers said Apprenticeships improved product quality and service
The cost of Apprenticeship training pays for itself within a couple of years of completion through increased productivity
Social care has been the largest Apprenticeship framework since 2011/12
Apprenticeships represent an excellent investment for both employers and the Government
