This year’s conference is our 13th Annual Managers Conference and will take place at the Chesford Grange Hotel, Kenilworth.
Our Managers Conference is the only conference aimed at front line managers in social care. Delegates come from all over the UK to attend this essential 24 hours to share best practice, learn first-hand about changes in regulation and quality ratings. The event includes keynote speakers from the Care Quality Commission, NHS England, and Skills for Care plus many more. Delegates will also be hearing from NCF member and member of the NCF Board, Christine Asbury, the CEO of Warwickshire based WCS Care, the first provider in the country to receive five outstanding ratings from the CQC.
Our unique conference has developed even further this year with the introduction of our Festival of the Arts programme.
Inspired by fantastic work carried out across the country, we have invited a host of arts and creative activity providers to showcase their work at our conference. Delegates will experience hands-on interactive sessions with multiple activities and creative ideas.
