Belong appoints new Belong at Home manager

25 August 2017

Specialist care provider, Belong, has announced that Louise Chamberlain has been appointed to manage its domiciliary care service, Belong at Home. Bringing with her a wealth of experience in the management of home care organisations, Louise will build upon the service's recent successes, including being rated as Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission and being listed in the top 10 home care providers in the North West.

Belong at Home offers personalised home care and tailors services to the needs of individuals. Customers are supported by a consistent home care team and Belong has rigorous selection, allocation and training processes to promote positive relationship-based care. Staff are highly qualified to provide specialist support for people with dementia.

Louise is joining Belong from her former role as Operations Manager of Care Tech, who run care homes and supported living throughout the UK. Louise is experienced in older people and has a wealth of knowledge in domiciliary care, having previously also worked as a training manager of a nationwide social and healthcare brand and Domiciliary Care Manager, providing home care across the country.

Tracy Paine, Deputy Chief Executive of Belong, said: “We are delighted to welcome Louise to the Belong team. Her strong track record in the care sector makes her ideally placed to lead our award winning domiciliary care brand, Belong at Home.”
