Digital care and support plans project - online survey

8 September 2017

The Professional Record Standards Body are currently hosting a consultation to seek views from patients/service users, carers and other citizens, health and care professionals and industry representatives on the content of a standard for a digital care and support plan.

They would really value your input into this process please complete their online survey here.

The Professional Record Standards Body (PRSB) has been commissioned to identify the standards required for a digital care and support plan. The project is being run in conjunction with North West London Collaboration of Clinical Commissioning Groups (NWL CCGs) and NHS Digital.

By defining the standards for the structure of care and support plans, they aim to enable these plans to be shared and updated electronically between patients/service users, carers and the health and social care providers who support them. This widespread consultation is invaluable in ensuring that all data items are meaningful, relevant, complete and fit for purpose to record/incorporate into health and care information systems and can be embedded across all nations of the UK.

The survey should take approximately 20 minutes to complete and will close at 5pm on Wednesday 13th September 2017 (there is a different date mentioned in the survey but this is now the correct date).
