Blackwood visits Bodmin Moor

23 October 2017

Lucky residents from Blackwood were recently taken by their carers and the activities co-ordinator to Bodmin Moor.

They enjoyed the mini bus trip and connecting with nature. They loved the wildlife walking around and breathing in the fresh air. A packed lunch was provided and great fun was had by all that attended.

Connecting with animals on any level can offer numerous advantages for both carers and the people in their care. Animals can help lower blood pressure and increase feelings of happiness in people of all ages. Cornwall Care strive to treat their clients as individuals and tailor their activities to suit each person.
