Registered providers: the CQC's human rights approach to regulation

BIHR developed and delivered the CQC's learning programme to support staff, including registration and inspections teams to implement the human rights approach. We are now able to offer a one-day course for registered providers.
This course will enable providers to better understand:

  • The relevance of human rights in health and social care
  •  Key equalities legislation
  •  How to make the links to the Health and Social Care Act and the CQC Standards
  •  Tips and tools for your practice in demonstrating good human rights practice
