Housing with Care – Unlocking the mid market opportunity

19 April 2018

Please join us for this half-day seminar, designed to provide a detailed exploration of what lies ahead in the property development market for social care providers with views from experts in planning, valuation and market appraisal, development and legal. This seminar is hosted in partnership with NCF, Carterwood & Castleoak.

The mid-market remains an untapped resource for many with huge possibilities.  So what is the mid-market, what is happening in the other markets in housing with care and how may this play out for the mid-market?

This workshop will provide a surveyor’s overview of the current position of the midmarket in housing with care, a view from a developer of the midmarket housing with care and its potential, a view from the operator’s side on the potential for this area, a view from the planners on the future of housing with care and how this is currently approached and a view on the relevant legal issues in relation to the future of housing with care for the mid-market and beyond.
