NCF Managers Conference confirmed speakers - Caroline Dinenage MP

Caroline Dinenage MP will give a keynote speech at the NCF Managers Conference 2018.

The Minister of State at the Department of Health and Social Care will deliver a presentation on the morning of 12th November.
